The Alano Squads of Willmar is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization that manages the building where AA and Al-Anon meetings are held. The goal of the Alano Squads of Willmar is to maintain a facility that allows AA and Al-Anon groups to meet. Following tradition 7, we are self-supporting, relying on donations from meeting attendees, and, following tradition 9, we are minimally organized to provide oversight of the facility.

It is important to note that the Alano Squads of Willmar do not dictate how the various groups conduct themselves. Adhering to traditions 2 and 3, we believe that each group's collective conscience should guide its operations and that each group should operate autonomously. The Alano Squads of Willmar address only facility issues.

The Board of the Alano Squads of Willmar meets several times each year to conduct the business necessary to maintain the building in good repair. Meeting days/times are posted at the building.
